"Bulk options are decent"
The bulk options are solid overall, and they get the job done. I do think the pricing could be a bit better, though.

"Surprisingly holding up well"
I've used this quite a bit now, i'm a little surprised it still feels this solid. I kind of expected some wear by this point, but so far it’s holding up really well.

I had to return an item and the process itself was okay. The refund did come through, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just wish it had been a little quicker.

I thought the sheets was going to be bigger based on the product info, but they ended up small. The colors also looked different than what I was expecting, so I was a little disappointed when it arrived.

"Usable, but the site needs some work"
The site was okay overall, but it definitely felt clunky in places. A few pages loaded slower than they should, and I had to dig around more than expected to find what I needed. Checkout did work fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the company needs to take some responsibility for cleaning up the user experience. If people are spending money on the site, it should be smoother and easier to navigate.

"Pretty Much What I Expected"
I ordered a few craft supplies from lacrafts.com, they were close to the photos. The colors matched well for the most part, though one ribbon was maybe a little lighter in person. Nothing surprising there since photos can look slightly different depending on lighting and screens. The sizes and little details were accurate, so no real complaints. I’m giving 4 stars because I still had to double-check a couple things, but overall it was basically what I expected

Everything in my order was right, and the quantities matched what I paid for. I was a little worried something might be missing, because that can happen with craft supplies, but it was all there. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, though nothing unreasonable. Overall, the order was correct, which is the main thing, and I’d use lacrafts.com again.

I mean, I found the craft stuff I needed for less than a few other sites I checked. Shipping was decent too. For the price, I’m happy with my order and I’d definitely shop at lacrafts.com again.

"Wow, Tracking That Actually Works"
I got my tracking info quickly, and the updates were actually clear for once, shocking, I know. I always knew where my order was, so I didn’t have to play the fun little game of “has it disappeared forever?” Everything showed up just fine, so no complaints.

"Decent order, but I’d be a little cautious next time"
My order arrived in good condition, but it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. A few of the items were nice, though one looked slightly different from the photos, which made me a little hesitant since I like to know exactly what I’m getting before I buy. Overall, nothing went seriously wrong, but it was more of an average experience for me.

"Fine for small projects, but I don’t fully trust it anymore"
It works okay for smaller craft projects, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything more important. After trying it out a few times, I kind of lost trust in it because it just doesn’t feel reliable for every job. It’s fine if you’re doing something simple, but I’d be hesitant to use it for anything that needs to hold up well.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The colors looked totally different from the pictures online, like, not even close. I opened it and just thought, what a joke. Definitely not what I was expecting...

I ordered some craft supplies from LACrafts.com, and the items themselves were totally fine!! No complaints there, everything looked good once it finally arrived.
The shipping just took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. I needed the stuff for a weekend project and it showed up after that, so I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry

"Good deals that made me shop more than planned"
I ended up ordering from lacrafts.com after spotting a promo code, and to my surprise, it actually worked at checkout. Their prices were already reasonable, so i blame them a little for making it way too easy to add more to my cart. The extra discount definitely helped, and shipping was totally fine too. I’ll probably check back next time they’re running another sale.

I’d order from lacrafts.com again. The main thing I cared about was whether the package would actually arrive when they said it would, and it did, right on the day they gave me.
The tracking updated normally, everything was in the box, and nothing was damaged or weird. it was a straightforward order, which is exactly what I want when I’m buying craft supplies online.

"I assumed from the store’s vibe..."
I assumed from the store’s vibe that it would have a decent craft section, but it ended up being way better than I expected. I found ribbons, flowers, little decor pieces, and a bunch of other cute stuff. It was easy to browse, and I didn’t really feel like I needed to go anywhere else.
